14th November, 2017 is celebrated as World Diabetes Day. On occasion, Rotaract Club in association with Rotaract club of GURU NANAK COLLEGE, DHANBAD, organised an awareness rally.
The rally started from Jharkhand Diabetic and Eye Center, marched along Bank More and concluded in front of G. N. Collage.
The Rotaract Club members of BCA, G. N. Collage including students of semester 1 and semester 5 around 40 in number were participated in awareness rally. The participants were carrying placards and banners inscribed with statements meant to create awareness about the disease, like -
"Fighting for our Future",
"Eat healthy Be active Follow medical advice Beat Diabetes".
