Introduction

In the contemporary era marked by globalization and significant economic expansion, organizations, both profit-seeking and non-profit-seeking, are experiencing remarkable growth in their operations. This expansion necessitates individuals with managerial expertise and skills to navigate the complexities of modern business environments. With higher positions predominantly of administrative nature, coupled with the rise of startups and entrepreneurship, there's a clear demand for proficient managers. Consequently, there has been a surge in the pursuit of managerial education, with individuals with technical backgrounds often opting to enhance their capabilities through programs like MBA.
Acknowledging this trend, the Governing Body of Guru Nanak College (affiliated with BBMKU) took the decision to introduce a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program in 2022. Currently, the department manages approximately 90 students and has received recognition and approval from the Department of Higher and Technical Institutions, Government of Jharkhand.
The BBA program spans three years divided into six semesters. The department is staffed by two full-time teachers and supported by several guest/part-time faculties. The infrastructure includes a rich library, digital facilities, and hygienic working spaces. Recently , the BBA course at our college has received a Letter of Approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi.

The BBA program is AICTE approved.
Students have access to AICTE portals for internships, eligible for bank loans, and have the privilege of improved placement opportunities.
Moreover, both faculty and students will have the opportunity to participate in various seminars, conferences, workshops, and other events, enriching their academic and professional experiences.
AICTE approved BBA plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of management education and career prospects.

While there is a strong demand for BBA graduates in India.
A BBA degree also provides students with a comprehensive understanding of business and its operations, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the corporate sector. This opens up a wide range of career options, including management, marketing, finance, human resources, and entrepreneurship, among others.

Classes are held from 10am to 3pm six days a week.

E-books is more than 7.5 lacs through N-List(INFLIBNET).
College library has more than 15000 high quality books, around 1000 latest edition books have been added in the year 2023.
College has excellent facilities for computer learning supported by IIT MUMBAI, Foss centre.
Sports facility available by dedicated mentor in the Bhuda Campus of the college.
