A 12-member college Kabbadi team led by the team manager Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh (P.T.I) participated in the 1st B.B.M.K.U. Inter College Kabbadi Tournament held at R.S.P. College, Jharia in the month of July, 2018.
The college team were declared Winner in the tournament.
A 6-member college Chess team led by the team manager Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh (P.T.I) participated in the 1st B.B.M.K.U. Inter College Chess Tournament host by R.S. More College, Govindpur in the month of August, 2018. Our College team Won the tournaments as champions.
Punit Kumar Pandey of the college Chess team got selected in the University team to participate in the East Zone Chess Tournament host by Banaras Hindu University, Banaras.
A 12-member college Volleyball team led by the team manager Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh (P.T.I.) participated in the 1st B.B.M.K.U Inter college Volleyball Tournament host by K.S.G.M. College, Nirsa from 29.08.18 to 30.08.18 and the Volleyball team reached Semi-final in the tournament.
Two students of our college Volley Ball team i) Mrityunjay Kumar Bauri and ii) Ranjit Kumar Rajak got selected to participate in East Zone Volleyball Tournament held at Patna University, Patna.
A 15-member college Athletics team led by the team manager Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh (P.T.I.) participated in the 1st B.B.M.K.U Inter college Athletics Tournament host by P.K.R.M. College, Dhanbad at I.I.T (I.S.M.) campus from 12.10.18 to 14.10.18 and the Athletics team reached Semi-final in the tournament.
Two students of our college Athletics team i) Rajan Kumar and ii) Bipul Kumar got selected to participate in All India Athletics Meet at Chandigarh.
A 5-member college Badminton team led by the team manager Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh (P.T.I) participated in the 1st B.B.M.K.U. Inter College Badminton Tournament held at B.S.K. College, Maithon in the month of July, 2018. The college team were declared Winner in the tournament.
All the 5 players of our college Badminton team i) Aditya Dev Raj ii) Punit Kumar Pandey iii) Abhishek Kumar iv) Subhojit Dutta and v) Md. Saddam Siddique got selected in the University team to participate in the East Zone Badminton Tournament hosted by Gauhati University, Guwahati.
The 1st B.B.M.K.U Inter College Cricket Tournament could not be organised so there was a selection trial for the University team organised at our college.
Seven members from the Guru Nanak College Team were selected in the University squad which went to participate in the East Zone Cricket Tournament host by the Ravenshaw University, Cuttack from 8.1.19 to 20.1.19:
